Working Papers
Suffern High School can issue working papers for New York State only. Students who gain employment in New Jersey should visit the NJ Department of Labor website.
For New York:
Anyone can download this application, but the applicant must appear in person to sign and receive the certificate. The Working Paper Application has two parts. Follow the directions exactly. When completed, bring it to the guidance department secretary.
