2025 Regents Information

Below is the Final exam and Regents schedule for June 2025.  School final exams are scheduled from June 10th to June 16th and Regents exams are scheduled to begin on June 11th and then resume on June 17th through June 25th. Only those students taking a Regents Exam should report to school beginning Wednesday, June 11th, and on June 17th through Wednesday, June 25th. If your student is taking a Regents exam, they will be informed of the date and time by both their teacher and counselor. The last day of school is Friday, June 27th with dismissal at 10:10 a.m. There will be regular morning bus runs during all Regents Exam days.  Activity Bus runs will occur for afternoon exams beginning at 10 a.m.  Please check the high school webpage for activity bus schedules.

The New York State Education Department has guidelines to ensure the safety and welfare of students and staff during Regents testing. 
This means:

1. Students will not be admitted to the building more than 30 minutes prior to the exam.
2. Students will only be admitted through one supervised entrance (the front main doors).  Students coming to the building for review, extra help, or any approved activity, regardless of time of day, must also enter through the same entrance.
3. Students may not bring any type of bag to school.  For example:  book bag, knapsack, gym bag, or any other type of large carrying case or large shoulder bag/pocketbook.  If any of these are brought to school, they will not be permitted in the building.
4. Students may only bring to school those items required for examination and other pre-approved items.  These include items such as inhalers (for medical purposes), lunch/snacks, pens, pencils, and specific materials appropriate to the exam, such as a calculator and/or books.
5. Students are not allowed to have any communication device (IPhone, Smartphone, Smart Watch etc.) in an examination room or while on a supervised break.  We recommend that students do not bring any devices to school during scheduled Regents exams.
6. Students taking morning and afternoon Regents exams must remain in the front corridor and will be supervised between exams, if they choose to stay in the building.  Otherwise, students must leave campus immediately after completing their exam.
7. At the end of the school day on Monday, June 16th, students will no longer be allowed to use their hall or physical education lockers.  All lockers must be cleared of contents and left open by Monday, June 16th.  After 2:05 p.m. on June 16th, members of our custodial staff will empty all lockers and discard anything found in the lockers.
8. Students who do not have a scheduled school approved activity may not loiter on school property before, during, or after school exams.
